CONDABRUSH B57
The use of these brushes allows for cleaning of residues following mechanical de-scaling, prolonging the lifetime of the dies and facilitating the adhesion of the lubricant.
Condabrush B57 also removes surplus wire coating, ensuring quality cleaning.
The helical design guarantees easy application around wires or tubes. Made of alloyed steel wires coated with brass, the CONDABRUSH B57 can easily be adjusted to the required length, directly affecting the amount of scale and/or residue removed.
The range
According to your application, Condabrush de-scaling brushes are available in different materials: steel, stainless steel and black or white PPL, with a diameter of 40 to 60 mm. They are sold in lengths of 1 metre and can easily be cut to size.
