CONDAGLASS VIAL is a white mineral oil highly refined designed for vials, ampoules and cartridges manufacturing dedicated to the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries and medical applications.
Used in vertical and horizontal processes (OCMI machines), CONDAGLASS VIAL provides the suitable carbone quantity to ensure a perfect glass releasing. This lubricant is certified H1 for incidental food contact. No residues are left over the tools surface and no fumes are generated during its use. Vials, ampoules and cartridges produced are obtained without any defect.
Compared to a standard mineral oil, the features of CONDADAGLASS VIAL allow to reduce the lubricant consumption. It also decreases the number of rejects and improve workshops working conditions. It’s the perfect solution to enhance plants productivity.
