CONDAT Corporation, the wholly owned North American subsidiary of CONDAT Group, began production in 1996 following the acquisition of Petro-Lube, based in Whitmore Lake, MI.
In 2000, a new state-of the-art manufacturing facility was established on a green field site in Saline, Michigan. Initially concentrated on wire drawing lubricants, the company has grown gradually through acquisitions, diversification into additional lubricant markets, and expansion of the production unit to meet the increasing demand of its customers.
