Production Operator

Currently hiring for full time positions in our production department at Condat Corporation in Saline, MI.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manufacture product per instruction/procedures/schedule
• Receive bulk raw materials as required
• Troubleshoot process as necessary
• Optimize equipment utilization to minimize waste generation and reduce the possibilities of product contamination
• Support equipment through cleanup
• Maintain ISO compliance by adhering to written procedures and by contributing to a continuous improvement process
• Adhere to package labeling standards
• Complete assigned tasks
• Support other departments as required
• Adhere to Environmental and Health Guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Support for other inter-department responsibilities during vacation periods or as needed

Preferred Skill Set:

• Ability to drive a forklift
• Read and write legibly
• Computer exposure
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• No set education level required
