INSULATION Chain Oils

Did you notice corrosion on your forming chains? This is often the case in insulation production lines as chains are washed away with sometimes very acidic water (especially when using glucose type binders).

With suitable lubricants, maintenance costs & cleaning operations can be optimized while consumption is reduced.

CONDAT CHAIN OILS are specifically designed for the lubrication of forming & receiving chains operating in wet environment. They ensure the lubrication and anti-corrosion protection of the chains under heavy loads and aggressive environment. Their water-repellent properties enable the optimal adhesion of the oil film on the wet surface. Low surface tension provides good wettability helping in-depth penetration of the oil in every part of the chain link.

The lifetime of chains is therefore extended and lubricant consumption reduced when compared to other standard oils. Easily sprayable, CONDAT CHAIN OILS guarantee simplified use, ensuring a high level of lubrication and protection of mechanisms.
